Did you do a speed test to see what your averaging. http://www.speedtest.net/ It's not perfect, but at least you'll get a rough idea or the speed your getting. If your not locked into a plan, maybe you can downgrade and save some money. Although that would required calling the ultra useful (Note the sarcasm) customer service dept. That really sucks. Do you find that if you visit a site that's picture heavy, that your connection tends to hang and it takes a bit to load.
