		<description>Well you are getting cardio and strength benefits, even if you can&#039;t see them :) That said, have you tried journalling your food?  While you&#039;re working out hard you may be sabotaging those efforts with the foods you&#039;re eating.  Keep up the good work and I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll see results soon!</description>
