Every time they seem distracted, distracted by the latest boat they are going to covet, or somesuch. Never really interested in my health, that would be a good thing for a doctor to be interested in. Or perhaps the latest research not how they have always used leeches, and so leeches they still have , in a jar, leeches, I hate going to the doctor, Leeches. I hate going to the doctor. I think that is what it is called. I finally fired my MD and found one that gave a shit using it. I REALLY like my new guy and the way they run the clinic.
