Probate Done
My mother’s will was finally probated and after all those years of her telling me that she wasn’t going to leave me anything, she left me something.
Yes she left me something alright. And she left it to me when I turn 60. 60. How about that? Only 9 more years to go and then I’ll get some money. Unless of course I die before that, and then the money goes to my son. She also left him money and he gets it when he’s 30. So he only has two years to wait.
So I suppose I should be happy that at 60 I’ll have a little money to live on, however, paying off all my bills and debts right now would have been a good plan. And I need a new car – my car is 1997.
There’s many things I need, but I won’t be getting them.
Thanks, mom. And I mean that sincerely, but I also mean, ya, thanks a lot, mom.
