3:10 to Yuma

Eh.

Russell Crowe is the bad guy outlaw and Christian Bale (whom I only ever remember playing a bad guy) is the good guy rancher who’s going to earn some much needed money by getting the outlaw on the 3:10 prison train.

Bad guy has lots of posse to help him out of tight situations and so the bad guys are trying to spring him, which just about sums up the movie.

There were some moments that seemed good, but otherwise I don’t understand the hype about this movie. I found the acting fairly believable in most spots but, so what, it was a western, and I guess it was almost as hokey as all the old westerns you see late night on TV.

I won’t say don’t rent it since I didn’t turn it off. If you like westerns, this is for you (without a helluva lot of ‘shoot-em-up’).

He played Batman! :) (That’s the only movie I’ve seen him in as far as I know.)

He played Batman!?!?! I don’t remember seeing that one. I thought I’d seen all the Batman movies… apparently not that one.

Yes Christian Bale did play Batman in the new early adventures of the character called the “Dark Knight”, can’t remember the exact title of the movie. There should be a sequel to the movie this year.

I saw the original of this movie, it was pretty good, as far as Westerns go. I’ll probably watch this one on television whenever they decide to show it.

The movie’s called Batman Begins. It came out in 2005. Maybe you should rent it. :) Much better than 3:10 To Yuma, I’m sure.
