The Bourne Ultimatum
We went to the theatre today (4:10 matinee) because we were getting off work early (at 3:30) and there was a theatre right up the street. I can’t remember what the last movie was that I saw at the theatre, that’s how long it’s been.
I enjoyed this film, even though my memory is very vague on the previous two movies. Yes, I own them, and I’ve probably seen the first one more than the second, but I really couldn’t recollect anything that would have made me say at the start, ‘ah ha, I remember, this is where we left off in the last one’.
It was a good movie, though. There was lots of action, good fight scenes, suspense, and it held my interest. The guys you think are gonna be bad guys are bad guys, so nothing too new there, but it was enjoyable, especially on the big screen.
I know I’ll buy this one too to add to the set. Then we’ll watch it again and see whether or not it’s as impressive on a 32″ TV.
Go ahead. Treat yourself to the theatre.
