Britney Spears
We all heard today about how Britney Spears shaved her head and then got some tattoos.
Most of what I heard about her from people at work was their opinion that she “must have lost it”, she’s “gone off side”.
I was agreeing, something must be seriously wrong with her to do this.
But then on the way home I started thinking, why are we equating a woman shaving her hair off as being off side? Men shave their heads every day. Sinead O’Connor had the bald head look.
Why does it have to be that a woman has gone nuts if she’s shaved her head?
Maybe she’s fine, maybe she thought it was time to do something different. Maybe she was having a bad hair day. Maybe she got sick of how long it takes to dry long hair. Maybe she’s lost it.
Who knows? She didn’t seem overly with it to start with.

It takes shaving her head for people to think she’s crazy. The woman married Kevin Federline, if that does signal crazy nothing does!!
Side note, maybe she decided to shave her head and become the official spokesperson for Mr. Clean
