Thanks for doing such a superb job of helping the digital photography community.

I began my career in digital photography way back in 1985 when I helped found Inset Systems in Danbury CT. We were working on a type of graphics software utility that would let you use any photo in any application by doing ultra precise format conversions. Our product dominated the graphics utility market for 10 years, until we were acquired by Quarterdeck, then by Symantec. My product line back then was known under the brand name HiJaak.

I retired in the early 2001 period, but got bored, so I have started my own company again, this one dedicated to creating the most useful and fully automatic utility for downloading, enhancing, and printing digital photos. My team, many of whom I have worked with for 20 years, going back to the HiJaak days, has spent the last 36 months developing this new product, and we announced it’s public beta a day or so ago. It is the “smartest” graphics application I have ever been associated with.

I wonder if you might consider covering the announcement? I also would like the opportunity, when I am in Florida Canada on my press tour in January, to see you and give you a demonstration in person, and also to gather your feedback on the industry as it relates to our further software development.
