Camera Stuff
Here’s my camera stuff except for the two sets of batteries and the tripod.
Since I got a little money for Christmas, I paid a bill, and yesterday we went to Henry’s to pick up another battery for the camera so I’d have a spare (those things run out easily).
While I was there I also bought a remote for the camera cuz they always give me a deal at Henry’s. I love shopping at a place where you can talk them down. So I saved about $50 on buying both the remote and extra battery pack.
I’m all set now. If only the stinking weather here wasn’t so shitty. Ever since I got the camera it’s been grey and overcast outside. WTF kind of pictures can you take with that? Just people, that’s about it. And I’ve taken some shots of people… my snookey, my mother, my daughter, my cousin. I did take some pictures of my son and my ex when they were here on Christmas, but for some reason, those pictures came out blurry. I’ve gotta learn more about this camera.
What else did I get for Christmas? Why, The Apprentice Game, of course. It wasn’t too bad, we played it on Christmas Day while we waited for out Italian Christmas dinner of bruschetta, meatballs, and lasagna. Yes, quite the different Christmas dinner we had this year, but it was pretty good, except for the lasagna. I should have made my own instead of buying a packaged one, which was crap, but at least I’ve tried that brand and know not to buy it again.
All in all, it was a not bad holiday. My honey has gone back to work as of today and I’m on vacation until January 7th. On the 8th I’ve been asked to go back to the two-month job for another 9 weeks to cover off someone who’s having some surgery. So that’s a good Christmas present too – work.

BFG, I used my old Kodak digital camera to take the pic of the camera, and I used Paint Shop Pro to do the arrows. It’s cheaper than Adobe Photoshop (which I also have) but it’s also easier to use. I think you can get a free trial (at least you could when Jasc still owned it, now Corel owns it).

Very interesting, so which camera did you use to take the picture of the camera?
And also what program did you use to put the informative arrows on with ?
