Slacker
Uhoh, I missed writing yesterday. That’s because I was stuck in TV Land. For some unknown reason, I started watching TV early in the evening and didn’t stop. Not that there was anything good on, I just felt like lazing on the couch in front of the TV.
Tonight was the opposite. I just got home from baseball (where we lost pathetically). I shouldn’t say that, because we were losing 12:5 and then in the second-last inning we scored 5 runs. But even though we stopped them in the last inning, we couldn’t get it together enough to get just 3 more runs. Ah well. Not too bad considering that we’ve hardly had a chance to play all season and over half the team are new members.
So now I’m just gonna go see if Earl and The Office are on. Reruns I know, but I’ll watch reruns of those shows.
I’m gonna be stiff tomorrow, my legs are already stiff – and I think I only got on base once, so what does that tell you about this old, decrepit body of mine.
