Night Life
I thought a good sleep on the couch was in order last night. Don’t ask me why that’s so appealing.
Do you ever sit in your living room, watching a movie or something on TV and think that you’re ready to pass out? And do you have your partner sitting on your right side, and you don’t want him to know that you’re ready to conk, so you close your left eye to half sleep while watching TV?
That’s exactly what I do right before I’m ready to zonk right out. And then I lay down on the couch, get a big kiss from my snookey, and have a comfy sleep, oblivious to any noise around me.
Then I wake up at 6:30 because my daughter has decided that there’s some ‘must see’ cartoon on TV. After I get up she goes to sleep on the living room floor.
