Peanut Butter Cookies
My 12-year-old daughter was up to no good this morning. I knew that because when I got up she told me not to go into the kitchen. Hmmm.
When I had to go to the washroom she came running after me… “don’t go into the kitchen, there’s a surprise”. Don’t worry about that my girl, I have some running of my own to do and it doesn’t involve a kitchen.
So as I sat here writing about my new tenant, she came in with a plate full of cookies and offered me one. How sweet is that? Literally.
I tried one. They’re good. If she’s nice to me I may let her take them home tonight since they don’t exactly fit with my WW regime.
But it makes me think… how come everybody isn’t making me cookies? I’m worth it.
