Monster-in-Law
As usual, the movie was fairly predictable.
I’m sure you know the plot from the commercials… handsome young doctor with overbearing mother decides to marry lowly temp/dog walker, Jennifer, and mother-in-law, Jane, decides to sabotage the situation.
There were some cute moments but I wish they could make these little chick flicks a bit more realistic and less obvious.
I did like the part where the two women are slapping each other in the face. That looked real, so real I almost felt like my face was hurting.
Jane Fonda’s body looks pretty good for her age. I won’t say anything about paper bags.
Rent it if you’re looking for a movie with little substance and need to waste time cuz absolutely nothing is on TV.
