Ok, you want to see a weird movie? See this.
Remember I said Kung Fu Hustle was weird and kinda campy? Well this one is weird and kinda campy.
I did like this better than the former but, at first, with that Mickey Spillane type of dialogue, I didn’t know whether I’d be sitting through the whole movie or not.
I got used to it. I started to enjoy the movie, albeit the usual predictable stuff. You could certainly tell that Quentin Tarantino had a hand in this one.
With three main characters in the movie, somehow I thought one of them was in reality going to turn out to be one of the other ones from earlier in the movie; you know, with plastic surgery done to his face or something.
That was not the case. So for something with really lame dialogue, predictable and yet will keep you wondering WTF is going on, rent this one.
