I Just Remembered This
Long ago and far away, like when I was about 22 in downtown Toronto just strolling around with my first husband (I don’t think we were married yet), we stopped at the Scientology centre because they had free IQ tests.
I figured it would be fun to do an IQ test, rather than just hanging around walking down Yonge Street, even though since my mother was a teacher and principal, I grew up having lots of IQ tests.
So we stopped in and started an IQ test, both my husband (to be) and I. Well about halfway through he stopped doing the test. I finished mine and waited for the results.
After we left I asked him why he didn’t finish it. He told me that he wasn’t prepared. He hadn’t studied.
What a fucking idiot he was (and probably still is).
