How do you Shower?
I start with washing my face, then I move onto my hair, then I do the rest of my body from top to bottom. Before I’m finished, I have to rinse off the soap to make sure there’s no hair on it. I don’t want to get into the shower the next time and find a hair on the soap… too oooky.
Let me point out though, that before I shower, I have to brush my teeth. Not afterwards. If I don’t do things in the right order, I forget to do them.
I know, you’re saying, “how could you forget to brush your teeth? Wouldn’t you notice your putrid breath?” And the answer is, no. On a subconscious level I might know that I haven’t brushed my teeth, but if I don’t do it first, I’ll still forget it.
Same with washing my hair. For some reason I have wet my hair before and then not washed it and moved onto the washing of the body, and then I’ve forgotten to wash my hair.
No, I’m not 90, but it seems like I’m damned close.

I’m Ms. Effective. First 5 minutes in the sauna. Then round 1 for hair and while the shampoo’s doing its magic it’s time for round 1 for face. After that round 2 for hair and face in the same manner. Then the rest. And I’m out.
Oh how interesting
Teeth brushing comes just before bedtime (1-2-3 am).
