Comforters bring Comfort
For some reason today, while I waited for my daughter to finish her piano lesson, I decided that she needed new sheets and a comforter. So this is what I bought.
Her favourite colour is green (but it was pink when she was younger, hence the pink bedroom). I ended up doing quite a bit of “jafering” (cute term coined by all-things-me.net, meaning shopping a lot). Even though I’ve got no money to spend, I was spending it.
I went to Costco because I talked to my ex last night and asked him (since he had no cleaning products) if he’d like me to pick up megasized cleaning products that would last him a while. I told him that it would only cost about $50. Well, I was wrong. With everything he needed, it cost me over $100. So I told him to just give me $50 tomorrow night when I drop off my daughter, since I didn’t have to buy it all for him.
I did end up getting a few things for myself. Ok, ok, this was my last hurrah. No more shopping. Really.
I paid for 2 months of piano lessons, just in case. So now that everything’s paid for a while, I’m feeling pretty stable.
My daughter just yelled at me that The Simpsons are on. So I’m gonna go watch that with her. Life is good.
