Easter Dinner
Ok, I went out to see the title of the movie I rented for tonight and got myself a beer instead. But that’s a good thing, isn’t it? At least I’ve got a beer.
I went again, the title is The Final Cut. It’s got Robin Williams in it (from what I remember from the box) and I’ve never heard of the movie. So let’s hope it’s good. While I can’t stand Robin Williams as a comedian or comic, whichever the hell he is, I don’t seem to mind him in movies. Acting shall we say?
My daughter rented A Shark Tale and hasn’t watched it yet, so maybe I’ll just go out there with her and we’ll both see it. Perhaps we’ll have another ‘find’ to buy. I doubt it.
I picked up the rest of the groceries for dinner tomorrow. So we’re having ham, carrots (maybe my son will do his usual carrot thing), parisienne potatoes (it seemed easy, they’re already peeled and round so I’ll just roast them up inside the ham pan) and some salad I guess. Was that all I bought? Oh ya, the mini croissants for bread.
That doesn’t sound like much for Easter dinner. There must be something else I usually do that I’m forgetting but tough shit. That’ll be it. Plus some caramel praline ice cream for dessert if we’ve got room.
Our big excitement for tomorrow is already for preparation. Speaking of excitement, I’ve been thinking about the podcasting stuff that so many people are doing and I wanted to know how to do too.
I’ve checked out the gadgets/programs that others are using and you have to pay for every one of them. I know one of them you use the phone to podcast – maybe that convenience is why someone would be willing to pay for the service.
But I figured, hey, I can create my own podcasts. I’ve got a mic. I’ve got the editing software. Why the hell should I pay to talk? So here you go, my podcast.

I just like to hear people’s voices some times. Not all the time since they tend to drone on and on. And on. But WTF, I may as well get on the bandwagon.

Hey that was quiiiick…. thing is those free services are via a phone.. and so no matter what.. you always sound like youre on a phone. And it works, if you just want to talk.. but you know.. music.. interviews.. clips.. the phone won’t cut it.
But apparently Odeo and Podshow agree with you and are building some kind of platform along those lines. (free)
